This website does not use analytics tools, does not build user profiles, and does not collect browsing data for commercial purposes.

3. Legal Basis

Processing of data submitted via the contact form is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request). Security checks via Cloudflare Turnstile are based on the controller's legitimate interest in protecting the website from automated access (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Third Parties — Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Turnstile processes IP addresses and technical browser information to distinguish human users from bots, without placing profiling cookies. Data transfers to the USA are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Retention

Data submitted via the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and, unless further consent is given or legal obligations apply, no longer than 12 months.
