- 2021Active Guidewire
Active guidewire technique for the endoscopy of complex renal stones: improves control and safety during navigation of the urinary tract. Validated in a prospective multicentre study.
- 2020Bipolar Enucleation of the Prostate
Original technique by Prof. Calarco. Prostatic adenoma enucleation with low thermal density bipolar energy. Immediate continence in all cases, with ejaculation preservation.
- 2023Zancle
Innovative technique for the treatment of bladder neck hypertrophy with preservation in 100% of operated cases via the innovative Z-cut (Z Anathomical Needle Cut Leads Ejaculation). Published in an international paper.
- 2025RASP with San Carlo Flap
Original technique for ejaculation preservation in prostatic surgery. Published in international scientific journals.

Small-calibre percutaneous access to the kidney for direct removal of large or staghorn stones. Stone-free rate > 90%, hospital stay 1–2 nights.
- 1998HoLEP — Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate
International gold standard for laser prostatic enucleation. Applicable to any prostatic volume, with minimal bleeding and long-term durability.

Da Vinci Xi system: four robotic arms, 7 degrees of freedom, 10× 3D vision, tremor filter.
